Roc Search has grown again with the launch of our Irish business. This is our 7th office in our 4th country and will be led by experienced recruiter Donal Roughneen.

Business Manager, Donal Roughneen, who will be leading the new Irish business, has international experience having been a founding member of the company’s American business - which has now grown to 25 people across Austin and New York.
He added “The opportunity to build a business area from scratch is something I am incredibly excited by. We’ve already got an established client base and we’re actively looking to grow our team quickly to further meet client demand.

Roc’s Irish business will be focused on software development, QA & testing, IT support and project & programme management.
