I started Roc Search in Reading in 2007 with a vision to create an environment where everyone enjoyed coming to work every day. If you enjoy your job, you’ll deliver a great service to your customers. We’re now a multi award-winning business with 6 offices across the UK, Europe and USA, with plans for continued growth in new and existing locations.

Our success has been the result of the passion, hard work and talent from everyone that

After this, there’s a career-long training programme, including a future leaders network, with internal and external trainers to help you progress your career and earnings.

We were founded by Conor Roughneed in Reading, UK

An International Business!

We opened our London and Frankfurt offices as we grew to 60

Going Global

We opened our first American office in Austin, Texas and our sister company, Tank Recruitment, launched

We make it 5!

We opened our 5th office in Manchester, UK and achieved IIP Gold accreditation

Records Broken!

We broke company records and for the 3rd year in a row, we were named in the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For
